Mike Konshak's Biography and the Robot Dojo
I'm a 54 year old Vietnam Era Combat veteran (US Navy) and I live
and work in Louisville, Colorado, a small town between Denver and Boulder. I
have been married to Becky for over 20 years and without her support, I could
not do half the things I do. Becky recently retired from Amgen,
a Biotech firm which has a facility in Longmont, and was a supervisor
overlooking the documentation processes needed to get drugs through FDA
approvals. She is now attending classes at Denver Theological Seminary. I am a
Senior Advisory Development Engineer (Mechanical) at StorageTek
where I design client server disk drive arrays. I currently hold 16 patents
related to rotating memories, cartridge mechanisms and robotic libraries, with
15 more pending.
